The agreement between you and 123 LLC when you use allocr.com and order from us. Please read it before you buy.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing allocr.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and customers, including trade accounts.
Accounts & trade terms
You can order without an account. Trade and reseller accounts, where approved, may receive volume pricing and net-30 payment terms subject to a separate credit agreement. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Pricing & availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We work to keep pricing, product descriptions and availability accurate, but errors can occur. Where a clear pricing or description error is found, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any order placed against that error, even after it is submitted; if your payment has been taken, we’ll refund it in full.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation acknowledges that we’ve received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or limit an order — for instance, where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a quantity exceeds normal purchasing — and we’ll refund any payment taken for an order we don’t fulfill.
Payment terms
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe. By submitting an order you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Payment is authorized when you place your order and captured when your order is prepared for dispatch. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection by our payment providers, and 123 LLC does not store complete card numbers on its servers. Trade accounts on approved terms are invoiced according to their agreement.
Shipping, title & risk
Shipping costs, methods and timelines are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays outside our control once an order has been handed to the carrier.
Returns & warranty
Returns, refunds, exchanges and product warranties are governed by our Returns & Warranty policy, which forms part of these terms.
Product warranties & disclaimers
Our products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship as stated on each product page and in our warranty policy. Except for those express warranties, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we disclaim other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for confirming a product suits your specific application and for installing it correctly and to code.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 123 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
The content on allocr.com — including text, product copy, graphics, logos and layout — is the property of 123 LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 123 LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located there.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
