These policies apply to purchases placed with 123 LLC through allocr.com. They are written for hardware orders, mixed cartons, finished door hardware, and bulk fastener cases.
Shipping policy
Orders are packed for the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard parcel orders normally leave the warehouse within one to two business days after order acceptance. Priority orders receive reinforced packing and faster carrier routing when inventory is available.
- Parcel ground is intended for standard cartons and smaller hardware kits.
- Jobsite priority is intended for time-sensitive orders that still move by parcel carrier.
- LTL freight dock delivery is recommended for heavy anchor cases and larger mixed cartons.
- Shipping charges, tax estimates, and the order total are shown before the order is placed.
- Risk of loss transfers after the carrier accepts the shipment. Inspect cartons at delivery and keep packaging if a carrier claim is needed.
Returns policy
Unused, uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are in original packaging with all fasteners, templates, trim parts, keys, and instructions included.
- Installed hardware, modified parts, missing fastener kits, and opened mixed-anchor cases are not returnable unless the product is defective.
- Return authorization must be requested from the order record before merchandise is shipped back.
- Approved returns are inspected before refund. Return shipping may be deducted unless the return is due to a 123 LLC shipping error or verified product defect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection is complete.
Privacy policy
123 LLC collects the information needed to operate allocr.com, process purchases, prevent fraud, ship orders, handle returns, and maintain order records.
- Order information may include name, shipping address, billing details, email address, phone number, purchased items, cart contents, and carrier details.
- Payment details are handled through selected payment providers, including card networks, PayPal, Stripe Link, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Information may be shared with carriers, payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and service providers who help operate the store.
- 123 LLC does not sell personal information.
- Browser storage may be used to keep cart contents available between visits.

By placing an order through allocr.com, the buyer agrees to the prices, product descriptions, shipping method, payment method, tax estimate, and total shown during checkout.

- Product descriptions, finishes, ratings, pack quantities, and compatibility details should be reviewed before purchase.
- 123 LLC may reject or cancel an order when inventory is unavailable, payment authorization fails, shipping details are incomplete, or product information requires correction.
- Buyers are responsible for confirming that purchased hardware meets local code, door type, gate type, fastener substrate, and project requirements.
